Everyday I will post a picture and a description of 1 meal I have that day.

What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s by cooking and eating a Prawn Curry. What?
It was nice to have something nice to eat after the past few days of pitiful, painful rubbish.
The Prawns were massive and so juicy they tasted like they had another fat prawn inside them! Shellfish always kicks ass even when it gives you servere food poisoning and you have fluids and solids exiting both ends you can’t help but think ‘God i love shell fish’.
The curry sauce was as always made from scratch and the recipe is here. The sauce was out of this world, the spices and everything were holy! With such a spicy and hot taste if the sauce was a person it would be a celebrity with a similar personality.
Oh and the rice was just boiled, then served, then eaten.

Tonight I went to a local Indian Restaurant and ordered a Lamb Pasanda, mainly because i’m sick of ordering a Korma and it was mentioned in an episode of Gavin and Stacy and they seemed to like it.
The Lamb was tender and soft and the sauce was creamy and mild with a subtle almondy taste. I had plenty of time to savour the taste and take my time as the people I was dining with were having the most boring football conversation ever known to man.
‘Did you know Gareth Bale has only had 1 assist so far this season?’ DULL
The Pilau rice was standard. All washed down with a Cobra Beer.
